This AGREEMENT is being entered by and between (Angela or Sean Gray), hereinafter refereed to as “BREEDER” and _____________________________________ hereinafter referred as “BUYER”
It is Husky Hill Kennel’s main goal and focus to insure that any puppies in our ownership and when placed into new ownership will be kept healthy and to continue to be taking care of. To insure that any puppy sold by Husky Hill Kennel receives the needed care after new ownership, the following agreement has been written up.

________ The buyer understand that this puppy/dog is a life commitment.
_________ The buyer agrees if at any time, and for any reason, he/she is unable to keep or properly care for the puppy/dog, it shall be first offered back to the breeder or the breeder will help in finding the puppy/dog a new responsible owner. This puppy/dog will not be surrendered to a shelter or a rescue.
_________ Breeder does not guarantee the size, coat color, eye color or breeding capability of puppy/dog.
__________ The buyer agrees to maintain the puppy/dog’s health with yearly vaccinations as specified by their veterinarian.
__________ Should the puppy/dog become ill or unsound, any and all costs of treatment will be responsibility of the buyer.
__________ The buyer agrees to socialize, train and keep the puppy/dog in a acceptable manner. This might require the help of a professional dog trainer or taking the puppy to obedience training
__________ If at any time, the breeder finds that the puppy/dog is being kept, treated, or allowed to behave in a manner not acceptable to the seller, the buyer agrees to surrender the puppy/dog to the seller. It shall include all of its registration documents, ownership transfer adequately signed.
__________ The buyer agrees that stopping of payment, disputing payment or not fully paying for puppy/dog, warrants immediate return of puppy/dog.
__________ The buyer agrees that this puppy/dog was not purchased with breeding rights and should not be breed or used for breeding. The breeder strongly recommends spaying/neutering the puppy/dog. If this puppy/dog was purchased with breeding rights the following box will be checked and N/A will be placed in the initial space.

__________ The buyer understands that he/she is purchasing a puppy/dog. This stated puppy/dog is not house trained, crate trained or leash/harness trained, will cry/bark until properly trained. Might possible chew/destroy materials within buyers house.
__________ The buyer understands that the breeder has socialized this puppy/dog to the best of their abilities but that does not mean the puppy/dog will not be cautious/scared of vehicles, new people, crowds of people, going into stores or anything else the puppy might not of been exposed to.
